By using the erp-cube website or subscribing to its accounting software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions entered into between you and [Company legal name] ("we").
The Service
erp-cube is cloud-based accounting software that runs in your browser and includes the services available in the plan you subscribe to. We may develop the service and add or modify features, provided this does not reduce the core of your plan during the subscription period.
Subscription and Payment
- The subscription begins once the order is confirmed and the account is activated, and runs for the selected period (monthly or yearly).
- Listed prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR), with VAT added where applicable.
- If the subscription expires without renewal, access to the software is suspended, and your data is kept for a reasonable period to allow renewal or export.
- Amounts paid for a period that has already begun are non-refundable unless the service could not be provided for reasons attributable to us.
Your Account and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for your invoices and tax returns before government authorities. The software is a supporting tool and is not a substitute for review by your accountant.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful activity, attempt to breach or disrupt it, or resell it without written permission.
E-Invoicing
Integration with the ZATCA Fatoora platform uses a certificate specific to your business and a code that you obtain from ZATCA. We are committed to implementing the integration in line with ZATCA's published specifications, and we are not liable for the consequences of incorrect data entered by the user or outages of ZATCA's servers.
Data and Ownership
- Your business's data belongs to you, and we process it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- The software, its design, and its trademark belong to us; subscribers are granted only the right to use it during the subscription period.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to keep the service continuously available and to maintain backups; the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, and in all cases our liability is limited to the fee for the most recent month of subscription.
Suspension and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that violates these terms, after notifying you where possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
